Terms and Conditions of Projekt Loučná Vánice s.r.o.

1. Introductory Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the reservation and rental of apartments provided by Projekt Loučná Vánice s.r.o., Company ID: 09784004, with its registered office at Loučná 158, 431 91 Loučná pod Klínovcem (hereinafter referred to as the “Lessor”).

1.2. Apartment reservations are made via the website www.vanicepodklinovcem.cz (or through another booking system), where an online reservation form with secure payment (e.g. via Gopay or other providers) is available.

1.3. By submitting a reservation, the tenant confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Reservation and Payment

2.1. Accommodation can be booked through the online reservation form available on the Lessor’s website.

2.2. Payment is made online by credit/debit card through a secure payment gateway.

2.3. After successful payment, the tenant will receive a confirmation email sent to the email address provided in the reservation.

2.4. An invoice is automatically generated and sent to the tenant’s email address.

3. Accommodation Conditions

3.1. Accommodation is only permitted for persons over 18 years of age, unless otherwise specified (e.g. family stays with children).

3.2. The reservation is valid exclusively for the persons listed in the booking and for the specific dates confirmed in the reservation.

3.3. The Lessor reserves the right to refuse accommodation to guests who are visibly unfit (e.g. under the influence of alcohol or drugs), without the right to a refund.

3.4. The property may be documented during the stay (e.g. photographs of the apartments for marketing purposes). By staying at the property, the guest agrees to possible inclusion in such materials unless it constitutes a clear violation of privacy.

4. Cancellation Policy and Reservation Changes

4.1. The reservation is binding and cannot be cancelled without valid reason. In the event of cancellation by the tenant, no refund will be provided unless otherwise agreed.

4.2. The reservation is transferable – if the tenant is unable to attend, the reservation can be transferred to another person. This change must be reported no later than 24 hours before the start of the stay.

4.3. If the stay is cancelled by the Lessor (e.g. due to technical issues or other extraordinary circumstances), the tenant will be refunded the full amount paid.

5. Personal Data Protection

5.1. The Lessor processes the tenant’s personal data (name, email, phone number, and payment details) solely for the purpose of handling the reservation and communicating with the guest.

5.2. Personal data is not shared with third parties, except for the payment gateway provider or in the case of legal obligations.

5.3. Detailed information about personal data processing is available in the Privacy Policy on the Lessor’s website.

6. Final Provisions

6.1. These Terms and Conditions come into force and effect on the day they are published on the Lessor’s website.

6.2. The Lessor reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version valid at the time of booking is binding for the tenant.
